Hectare

The metric unit for measuring land area. 1 hectare is equivalent to 10,000 m2 or 2.471 acres.

Halbtrocken

A device used to determine the specific gravity of liquids. In winemaking, a hydrometer is used to determine the alcohol concentration of wine.
