Rosé Wine

Wines that are light to dark pink in color that are made by reducing the maceration. The resulting wines are dry, light to medium bodied wines best enjoyed during the hot summer.

Ruby Port

The name given to ports made from the second tier of grapes. Ruby Ports are aged in wood for approximately two years before they are released.
